Recovery swim workout today. Normally this helps my legs feel better but so far that actually don’t feel any better. They are still tired and sore. The knee has seen better days but I did just do a lot of running yesterday.

Then I decided to do the part of the workout I missed when I got booted from the pool.

200 swim with fins
200 pull
200 kick

Cooldown
100 breaststroke
100 backstroke
short day workout wise and not as much to blog about. I'm taking my tri bike into the shop tonight to get my new garmin computer installed on it.
