so I screwed up the distance on my Bike Time trial today. It was supposed to be 15 miles not 10. I wish I looked more closely at the training log this morning before I headed out so that I got it done right. I only realized it when I looked at the CF wod this afternoon. Ill see how Coach Jay wants to handle that later.

ReplyDeleteGood job on your 10 mile TT. Don't worry about the extra 5 miles. Coach Jay wouldn't have done the extra 5 miles himself anyway. He's a wuss!!
Thanks David. He was pretty kool about it actually. We joked about me screwing up other workouts on my program such as "oh that was a 10 mile run I thought it said 10 minutes!" I learned I need to check the list twice just like santa does to make sure i have the workout correct. Don't want to be cheating myself!
