Saturday - 35 mile bike. rode the first 17 somewhat easy as it took forever to loosen up my legs. But I hit it on the way back home with my HR in a good high range.
Sunday - Run 5 miles. Time 47:03 - my running is gettin a little faster. my knee was really bad when i started. But it loosened up and i got through it. Of course it is irritated afterwards. I really can't wait for this to heal up already!
Monday - full on rest day! for anyone that knows me well this is one of the toughest days on the schedule for me. But I did it. Used the time to pickup a new swimsuit and register for a 2 mile open water swim race this weekend. Back at it tomorrow and looking forward to it!
